123rf Malaysia Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

By accessing, registering for, or using any of the services provided by 123rf via the website 123rf.run or any related platform, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and 123rf ("Company", "We"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use the platform 123rf.

These terms are to be read together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy 123rf which forms part of the overall agreement between you and us.

To register and use the services of 123rf, you must meet all of the following criteria:

3.1 One Account Only

3.2 Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. 3.3 Accuracy of Information

3.4 Voluntary Account Closure

4.1 Deposit Methods

The minimum deposit is RM20 and the maximum daily deposit is RM50,000. All deposits are processed within 1–5 minutes upon receipt of payment confirmation.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30. Withdrawals are processed to your e-wallet or Malaysian bank account within 5–15 minutes of approval. 123rf reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving withdrawals exceeding RM10,000.

4.3 Borrowed Funds & Source of Funds

You may not deposit borrowed funds or money that does not belong to you for use on the platform 123rf. 123rf may request proof of the source of funds for large deposits as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedures.

4.4 Taxes & Fees

123rf does not charge any processing fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, payment service providers may impose their own fees. You are solely responsible for any taxes or other charges levied by Malaysian authorities in relation to your winnings.

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers provided by 123rf subject to wagering requirements and other conditions stated at the time the offer is presented. These conditions form part of these general Terms & Conditions.

• Welcome bonuses are subject to wagering requirements of between 25× and 40× the bonus amount
• Wagering requirements must be met within the specified timeframe (typically 7–30 days)
• Some games may be excluded or contribute at a different rate towards wagering requirements

6.2 Technical Issues During Gameplay

If a technical disruption occurs during an active game, 123rf will make every effort to resolve the situation fairly based on available game records. In cases where a valid outcome cannot be determined, the wager will be returned to your account.

6.3 Sports Betting

For bets on Malaysia Super League, EPL, BWF badminton tournaments, or esports matches – bets are accepted up to the designated cut-off time for each match. Bets received after a match has started may be voided at the discretion of 123rf.
